Location, Location, Location: Land Use Planning & Housing Supply

NVRA is partnering with CVOEO and Vermont Legal Aid to present “Location, Location, Location: Land Use Planning and Housing Supply.” This course will provide insight into land use planning in Vermont: who are the stakeholders, what are the key regulations at play, and how do communities work together to create housing? The course will be part lecture and part roleplaying activity where participants are challenged with adding 500 housing units to a fictional town. 2 CE Pending. Location TBD.
