This course will give you the tools and understanding you need to balance the challenges of the real estate industry with the need to put your oxygen mask on first. All participants will leave with a burnout prevention component for their business plans. Finding What Works for You Burnout Prevention Plans – Build it into your Business About the Instructor: Brittany Wrenn is the Vice President of Agent Development with Coldwell Banker Realty in the Chicagoland area. She transforms real estate agents through coaching and education to elevate their business plans and strategy. Wrenn is passionate about reducing industry burnout and increasing career retention rates. She founded "Beyond the Sale" from this passion, and provides resources to real estate professsionals that support their physical, emotional, and mental well-being as they build and maintain their career. As a regular contributor to the National Association of REALTORS®' magazine, she works to bring REALTOR® wellness to the forefront of the industry. Prior to getting her real estate license, Wrenn earned her Bachelor's Degree from Illinois State University and began her career in marketing. Wrenn has been named a Rising Star by Five Star Professional and Who's Who in Chicagoland Real Estate by Chicago Agent Magazine.
