Eric Hoffman from the Vermont Housing Finance Agency and EastRise Credit Union will provide an overview of VHFA and other down payment assistance options for your clients. This course will help real estate professionals understand the Vermont Housing Finance Agency (VHFA), Federal Home Loan Bank of Boston (FHLBB), and EastRise Credit Union affordable mortgage programs available to eligible Vermont homebuyers.
