Description

This course will explore risk reduction in key areas of real estate for Brokers: Competition, Fair Housing, Cybersecurity, Copyright Law, Website ADA Compliance, and TCPA & DNC Compliance. The course will be presented via Zoom, but you may attend and view at the NVRA office if you prefer. 

Instructor Densay Sengsoulavang, RCE is a Senior Political Representation for NAR. He has also served as CEO of the Southern Adirondack REALTORS® in Queensbury, New York, and as a Government Affairs Director for the Cape Fear REALTORS® in North Carolina.
